Kim Chiasson accepted the Award for Excellence in Youth Leadership at the Annual General Meeting of NLREDA Newfoundland and Labrador Regional Economic Development Association in October in Cornerbrook. The CYN can help you complete your community service hours that are required for highschool graduation. Volunteering can be lots of fun and it can help you in future job searches too.

CYN programming events are open to ALL youth ages 12-25.
* Activities include swimming, crafts, cooking, bowling, movie nights, skateboarding, boating, safety training and lots more. If you have an idea for an event or workshop, please let us know.
* Youth are required to register for all programs/events as there may be limited space available depending on what's planned. ALL YOUTH must complete a CYN registration form in order to take part in CYN activities or events. These waivers are to be signed by parent/guardian before any participation.

The CYN is collecting slightly used formal wear for distribution to youth who might have dificulty participating in their prom. If you have a contribution, please contact us and we would be happy to pick it up.
