Carol Best has managed the operations of the CLEDB since 1997. She brings to the position a wealth of knowledge including her background in business, the craft industry, garment manufacturing processes, and environmental issues. Carol is active in the community as a volunteer and she is especially proud to be involved as a Skateboard Mom and as a parent representative on the School Council at Mealy Mountain Collegiate. Lara Morina joined the CLEDB team in March 2010. Lara moved to North West River with her mother in 1993 from Toronto and has been living in Goose Bay since 2003. She sits on the SnoBreak and Expo Labrador committees and is a volunteer for the local SPCA. Lara has extensive experience working with our business community. Contact Lara at lmorina@cledb.ca

Miriam Burden joined the CLEDB team in September 2008. Miriam moved to Goose Bay with her family in 2001 from Edmonton. She is an avid gardener which takes alot of her time in season. In April 2007, the CLEDB assumed the management of the Community Youth Network (CYN) in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Fieldworker, Kim Chiasson, joined the CLEDB team in June 2008 and has an office adjacent to the CLEDB.
